This means nothing, they beat the Islanders 6-1 and Briere did not score any of those goals. And this is an Islanders team who was surprising the NHL winning games they should have lost....

Bobrovsky in net and playing very well with 2.44 GAA, and even if Boucher was in net he has about a 1.77 GAA vs the Hurricanes in his career

I usually don't care very much who is playing in net for a team because I tend to look more at the defensive system, but it's hard to put money on Peters.

id think with that 4+ gaa most of the attention would lean towards the flyers in this one....fresh meat for a hot philly team at home....but i didnt earn the longest losing streak in the POD thread by accident either.

Agreed.
Cant back a guy with a gaa above 4. Plus the flyers have scored 6 in each of there last 2 home games and despite the obvious loss of Briere I believe they have the depth to take this, possibly comfortably.
They have won the last 6 meetings between the teams after all.

Now lets watch Peters stand on his head and get a shut out haha.
