ottawa had their top line reunited last game with the return of alfredson and heatly from IR and they combined for 15pts among them. Trade yesterday bringing in commodore a d-man that is not affraid of droping the gloves and stillman a guy that will provide some playoff leadership down the strech. Theses moves are a breath of fresh air for a team that performed poorly in prior weeks.

Sens will be tough to beat if their #1 line stays healthy. Being a Leafs fan it was nice to see Jason Spezza look lost at times even though he almost averaged a point per game. All the Sens need to do is move Emery for another player and they will be solid. I think the Emery/Gerber tandam has affected Gerber's play, but once Emery is moved Gerber should be solid.

funny things have happened in the nhl this year, won't be surprized if buffalo wins this one but ottwa is a much improved team from last week.

Buffalo are 1-4 against Ottawa this year. Their last game, a loss was Jan 10.

They are actually 2-8 in their last 10 and 6-14 in their last 20.
