Was a gritty win for the Ducks. I sat down at my computer, turned on the Ducks/Isles game online. And one minute later Koivu scored the winning goal! lol
What are your plays for today?

Wins on Wash and Chicago. Push in Bos/NYR. Looking like you might have a break even night. Hard luck Wal.
Bummer on the losing run. Time to get back on track.

Split again tonight. I guess on the bright side it's better than going 1-3 or 0-4.

Been on a serious run this week going 9-0-1 on hockey totals. This does me no good here though since all the plays were posted over at GameLive. Maybe the run continues and I can get something going here as well.

0-3 on my last entry here. Season Record: 25-24 (-$5.50)
I have continued to post daily hockey plays at the other site and the success can be supported but it seems everytime I decide to rally this thread it is on a bad day for me. It could be just coincidence or it could be SBR has become my jinx.
I'll give another go today. Went 3-0 last night and the thread is still on the first page as proof at the GameLive site so you know I'm not just blowing smoke.
Tonight with only 2 games I have little room for error but I like what I have so I'll post.

I think you are betting too many games. Way too much variance in the NHL to get away with it.

You might be right but to be honest with you I have found hockey to be the easiest sport to find an edge based on the combination of minimal capping and price watching.
I don't have a clue what I am doing in hockey. I don't really understand the sport and I don't know the players and this enables absolutely no bias to be involved. I mean we all try to seperate ourselves from preconceived notions when capping but it is very difficult to do if you are a fan of the sport.
The sample size here is much less than my total record since the season began (even though that too would be a small sample size) but I have done much better overall then the 25-24 record tracked here. I have just been more consistent in posting at GameLive than SBR lately.

Wow, I hadn't realize how long it had been since I posted in this thread. I spend my time elsewhere and have been primarily doing college hoops but since I have a couple of plays tonight I thought I would include them here.
