Philly/Tamps Bay Over or Under

Both teams can definitely score but the goalies can always step it up. Phily's goalie is hella good. I am really leaning on the over right now because
1) The total has gone OVER in 4 of Tampa Bay's last 5 games when playing Philadelphia
2) The total has gone OVER in 5 of Philadelphia's last 5 games at home

Is it a lock or no???

boucher has a 2.6 gaa vs tb. ellis hasnt seen philly.
gagne in the house + his boys coming off a big win last night vs the habs. gags knows bouch probably better than he knows anyone. been shooting on that dude for 11 years.....
has all the makings of an over to me but im completely fadeable at this point.
