I can see where the league are coming from wanting to set a good example but on the whole agree with you.

When you compare it to the blindside hit by Hjalmarsson on Pominville (see below from 30 secs best angle), which recieved the same length suspension of two games, it seems madness when Pominville is off on a stretcher and the other 2 game susp is for a bit of chirping.
Needs to be some continuity to how they issue suspensions.
