#1865Just coming back from the MTL/NJ game .... Not a sensational game but quite interesting. Brodeur made an awesome game, as usual when playing in Montreal. Kovalchuck completely out of the game... this guy must kick his ass himself, almost useless for the Devil's offense.
Oh well, I wasn't able to make some picks and see it has been a hard night. Hope the best to all !

#1868Unreal rivered in Phoenix as well
Two goals in the last 3 minutes to hit the over. A nice empty netter with 30 seconds left to fvck us. Disappointing night I really thought it was gonna be a 4-1 night.
2-3 -$265 on the night
All in all still feeling pretty confident as a whole. It's been a shaky start but it's a long year and I had a nice 8-0 run there so the potential is definitely there. Don't worry everyone we will be rich when it's all said and done

#1872I like your U/O analysis xraygord. There's something to do with this. I follow each game in an Excel file to keep track of the O/U and we currently have a big Under trend which is likely to meant to go to the other side, but we must find when and for which team. Check this out :

#1878When you don't have an agenda, somebody else's agenda becomes yours. Just because somebody said that the Unders happen more often than Overs, it doesn't mean it's a rule. And cherry picking some unders is not the way. I can tell you (and you knew already) that dogs are more profitable than favs in the debut of the season. If one was betting last night on the dogs with over +110 odds he would be up over 4 units today (CGY, LAK lost; NYR, ANA, DAL, NYI won). Hopefully you will turn this over asap!Comment -

#1879hockey is easy pickings right now,if you pay attention you can find the tired teams in good spots, for example Carolina started over in Europe then went right to West Coast, they were playings San Jose who also played over in Europe. Two tired teams usually means goals and lots of them. Harder to play defense with tired legs. Anaheim was in a perfect spot to fade vs Columbus this week. Anaheim started in Detroit, played a couple more road games then flew West to open their home season. The not so freindly schedule makers had them right back east just a few days later. Thats BRUTAL travel. First game back east was in Columbus. Great spot for Columbus and they got the win. Pay close attention early on for these QUIRKS in the schedule making and it could help you.Comment -

#1883Just some Note-worthy stuff for those interested..
---------------------------------------------------
Cory Schneider will get the start in goal for Vancouver on Friday.
The Canucks take on the Minnesota Wild at the Rogers Centre. Schneider played on Sunday and stopped 32 of 33 shots in the Canucks 5-1 win. He then replace Roberto Luongo for the third period on Tuesday and stopped all six shots. Adjust your lineup accordingly.
Source: Vancouver Province
--------------------------------------------------
Look for Marty Turco to be in goal for Chicago on Friday when they take on the St. Louis Blues.
Turco was outstanding on Wednesday as he stopped 36 of 37 shots in a 2-1 shootout win over Vancouver. He is 4-1-1 this season with a .929 save percentage. Turco had a couple of tough seasons with the Stars but looks to have regained all his confidence this season with the Stanley Cup champs. He will likely face Jaroslav Halak tonight.

Karlsson probable to start in Goal for Galgary Friday night
--------------------------------------------------
Theodore probable to start in Goal for Minny Friday

I didn't just bet the unders because someone mentioned the under trends. I did legitimately like the unders I played last night plus I was 2-0 on unders on the year so I figured it was about time I tried some more. I just hate watching games in which I bet under it's too stressful to watchOriginally posted by BlueJaysWhen you don't have an agenda, somebody else's agenda becomes yours. I don't play much anymore but when I do I just play on bwin. Pokerstars just got too fake for me so I retired from there. I play low limit cash games and mtts. Have had good success in mtts on there.Originally posted by superjeff24Are you a winning gambler? What sites do you play at? I win a bit under 5k a year in my spare time on ipoker network.

#1887Official Friday Plays
TAM/ATL Over 1.5 (1st) (-113) Pinnacle $339 to win $300
-First period over is 9-1 in the last 10 meetings, Tampa is 6-0 for 1st period overs this season with the Thrashers a respectable 4-2.
Locking this one in now while the juice is still low. More plays are likely for the later games but this is my P.O.D. and favorite play today.Comment -
