What is the best way to become an NHL specialist?
I have never placed an NHL wager?

Can it be a profitable sport?

Not sure even where to begin.

    thanks.

    OH MY

Keep logs on every team and watch as many games as you can or follow one or two teams very closely.

VERY BEATABLE if you put time into it.

Not sure if I have the time to commit.

Focus as always will be on Big10 and WAC football, Big10 and Missouri Valley CBB.

I have had succes at both baseball and hockey. Haven't tried my hand at basketball or football yet, but yes, hockey can be very profitable. Focus on a few teams, and follow them, weather its fading them, or playing them. If a team is very inconsistent, stay away. Just remember, any team can win any night in this sport, so bet your lines accordingly.

I had great luck with NHL totals this year, chcck goalies, what they've done lately, how rested the team is, etc. I like to check the PP's each time is giving up as well. 2 bitter rivals will be a lot more physical and lead to more Power plays and scoring chances.

stats schmats... they mean squat... throw it all out in the garbage.. that's what it's good for..

If you want to win at NHL.. 2 ways to do this ONLY.

1- Just bet weak #'s.. and you will win over the long haul..

2- Follow the Giroux brothers here.. They have NEVER had a losing season in NHL since they started betting hockey back in the mid to late 80s..

I promise you if you follow them, you will win longterm. these guys are unreal.

Nicky how the fukk can he tell what a weak number is for an NHL game is if he knows nothing about the sport?

Nickaaay, the guy asking the question is new to hockey betting.

Help the kid out. Beantownjim would -

PS: Montreal sports radio stinks! It took me an hour to get some scores while driving when I was there recently.
All they talked about was the fukking Alouettes! Then they mentioned ARod but never gave the game score or result. Tabernac!

That got me thinking about who else would be on that list, and got me to sit down and write out my own list of the top NHL prospects in the CCHA and WCHA this year, olborne may have been near the top of this list last year simply for the raw talent he showed, but he's taken a big step forward this year and now looks like a much safer bet to reach that potential. Few players his size has the hands and playmaking ability that he possesses. In my opinion, he's got the best chance to be a top line forward in the NHL of any player in college hockey.

regular season hockey pretty grim and boring to follow. they need to get rid of the helmets so fans can identify players. teams not that interested in winning x amt of games. just try to make playoffs.

maybe the NFL should do the same.

Agreed, this would make the game more interesting for me as well.

Watch lots of games and learn as well as gathering data and who the starting goalies will be. These are the most important things in my opinion. GL

Become friends with the Giroux brothers. You are then set for a life of NHL winnings.
