Report: Rangers close to signing Frolov

According to TSN the Rangers and UFA Alexander Frolov are discussing the possibility of a 1 year contract. Frolov's numbers have dipped for the past 3 seasons but he is still a very talented player and I think that a change of scenery should definitely help him bounce back.
