Tukka Rask to get his first NHL start in Toronto. Could be a rough welcome to the NHL for young Rask, BUT he is the best young goalie prospect NOT in the NHL right now.

Toronto drafted him and traded him for Raycroft, but Toronto played a very tight game last Saturday and will be looking to match their seasons best performance.

I'm all over this one fellas.

I'm on the Leafs as well. I'm hoping they can put 2 good games together in a row. Their inconsistant play is the only thing that scares me

      Stump,

If the Leafs put together another solid effort then I would say we may have finally turned the corner. I firmly believe that the Leafs can make the playoffs with the team they have right now.

Only time will tell I guess.

Which is why its very dangerous to lay this type of lumber on the Leafs, tho i'll be watching and rooting for my hometown squad. Good luck to you guys backing them.

          Well, same old Toronto.

I thought they turned the corner, but they shit the bed again.

Now you see the stupidity of JFJ trading away Rask for that sieve Raycroft. Rask is going to be a good tender in this league. At least, better than Raycroft anyway.

How he is the GM of the Leafs is beyond me. He should have been canned ages ago.

            Sad days in Leaf Land.

Sad day for sure Ice!!! I still can't understand why JFJ is still employed. There has to be some reason why the Leafs haven't fired him yet. It's going to be interesting who gets hired when he gets fired.
