    NHL Injuries report 5/22
    Philadelphia
Jeff Carter skated for over an hour on Thursday, the longest he's skated since the injury, and appears to showing signs of making a return to the lineup soon. The team is staying quiet about the progress of his foot and Carter remains questionable for Saturday's Game 4 against the Canadiens.
Ian LaPerriere has been skating with the team for almost a week, and is nearing a return to the lineup from a brain contusion and mild concussion which he suffered after being struck in the head while blocking a shot.

    Montreal
Andrei Markov underwent successful surgery to repair his torn ACL and will be out for upwards of 6 months.
