And as a Canucks fan I really mean it. The Hawks were the more consistent team and executed better than the Nucks. Your franchise is the way hockey teams should be built, and I wish the Canucks had the grit and heart of your Canadian enriched roster. Good luck against San Jose and hopefully you guys win the cup so the Canucks can say they lost to the Cup champs

Class post, as a fan of the Blackhawks I feel like this is our year. They have been clicking in the playoffs for the most part except for a couple flat games, also Niemi is seeming to gain more confidence in goal. I'm excited but a difficult series awaits with the Sharks.

Well said. I do feel for the Canucks and respected their grit in coming back from injuries, etc but they were out-thought and out-played for the most part and it all came completely unglued last night. That was so brutal that it was exactly a year anniversary from last playoffs-game 6 again and "Biff Ugly" that scored the final nail-I really like Dustin-he's stellar. I was really choked at the fans in GM for the sarcasm to Luongo-although his contract is debatable he is for sure one of the absolute top goalies in the world. Does he need the Canucks more than they need him? I suspect there may be some major changes to balance out the offense and defense over the summer/fall. Cheers and good luck.

The Nucks need to name a real Captain of that team. Luongo's post game interview was a disgrace for a Captain addressing the media/fans. HTF can you name a goalie team Captain?
