    Hockeynuts Plays for Monday
    Hey Guys,

Fairly new to this site but here are my selections. I only do a max of 3-units as I feel a 10* is a little outrages personally, but you all have your way as I do mine.
Good Luck and hopefully this helps! as I'm up over 16+units since Wednesday..Maybe you should fade?? You make the call

    San Jose -105 **DOUBLE UNIT**
The Sharks are playing well below their expectations so far...Below my expectations also!! They are one of the most talented teams in the NHL but for some reason they don't play very well vs teams that they should be handling very easily. Granted they started the season w/ 4-road games and were a respectable 2-2, but losing to Boston? Unacceptable and am looking for them to rebound against a Vancouver team that has been scoring of late even though they haven't been getting the shots on net. Shooting over 20% in their last two games. A VERY high mark!! They will get out-shot again tonight, but won't be scoring like they have their last two games and will Lose this game 3-1

Detroit Red Wings -105 **Double Unit**
Red Wings are again showing that they are the ageless wonders of the league. Year in Year out they seem to win up until the play-offs. Playing against a Duck team that is still trying to recover from their cup win last season along w/ a trip over to Europe to start the season. As long as Hasek stays in the net, the Wings will win this game. They have a grudge this year vs the Ducks as they felt robbed in the play-offs by this team and will be up for every game against them. Look for a good close game w/ the Wings pulling it out in the end!!

Good Luck Boys! Great night last night as we go 2-0 +5.50!!

Welcome to the SBR forum hockeynut_01. Good luck on your Pucks Play.
SJ losing to Bawston aint that far steched. The Bruins have been a very good team so far with Thomas between the pipes. He hasnt given up much goals up to this point and they seem to play well in front of him .u have to respect that. SJ's already beaten the Canucks earlier in a low scoring affair (3-1). Usually teams that play each other twice within a week or so, split the games (unless u are the Oilers who got whup-assed in both games) They played the Sharks well last year. Since losing the Home Opener, they seem to have found a way of scoring. And with a Total of 5, an over wouldnt seem that bad of a play. Giguere will be going at it tonight again. back to back games. And he didnt look all that bad yesterday. Thats another tough game.
    GL on your Picks though

    Oooops, Bryzgalov started. My mistake
Maybe the Over is better in this game instead
