The Habs looked somewhat drained last night. They just didn't seem to have the intensity and weren't blocking every second shot.

I actually think game 2 will be similar to game 1. Back in Montreal we'll see the Habs we saw in Washington.

I can buy into the "hangover" from the Caps series in game 1. It will be interesting to see how Montreal plays in game 2.

I just dont think it's possible for the Pens to be as bad as the Caps were on the power play and that along with Halak was the difference in the the Mont/Wash series.

I expect to see the Pens in five or six...

Penguins will do what the Capitals couldn't do. And that is dominate the weaker opponent and move on with ease. Their win over Ottawa showed how serious they take these games. The Senators were no joke. Canadiens... joke.

The Penguins will win in 5 games.

Coming back to Montreal I can see the Canadiens taking at least 1 of the 2. Their defence showed up today and Halak played a great game as well.

Flight -- I'm not arguing that the Habs being where they are might be considered a fluke. They beat the Caps though, and deservedly so. They beat the Pens today, once again, deservedly so. They wanted it more than Pittsburg today and I can see this series easy going to 6 or 7.

it's going to be pandemonium here on Tues night at Le Centre Bell after winning Game 7 in Wash and spliting in Pitt.. the decibel level might break the all time record for any sport in the history of decibels. tickets going for 3,000 a pair..

make sure you have your volume down when habs take the ice or your speakers will burst and your neighbors might call the cops for disturbing the peace. they might think you have a party of 34 guys in your apt..

I am a Canucks fan as my avatar indicates but the one thing I have no shame in admitting is that the Habs fans are the best in the league. Just crazy in there, especially when they are doing well. OLE, OLE, OLE, OLE!!!

its tough losing Staal. this first game without him and the Pens lose. hopefully that is not something that will continue.

i think the Pens might take both game in Montreal just like Wash did. i just dont see the Habs keeping Penguin offense in check for another game
