much safer to just play the o6 bateman (-115)..........over 1.5 (-130) is a horrid deal

take the o6 caps game and then u16.5 grand salami...........my theory is, if the caps go under 6, its almost guaranteed to be u16.5, if the caps go over 6, you can still go u16.5

so better chance to win both then to lose both

I wouldn't call it a horrid deal as you need 2 goals a period average to win the first period bet whereas with the over 6 you need 2.33 a period. With that being said though yeah the game over is less risky as you have 60 minutes instead of 20 minutes just in case both teams come out slow.

2.0 goals a period to push, and of course 3-3 gets you an automatic win with ot...........nevermind empty net goals, Nashville scored 2 the other night......i think its safer than having to score 2 in the first period, and at -130 thats why i said its horrid.

It's safer but I would never use the word horrid to describe 1st period overs. $1000 of my profit this year has probably come from Caps 1st period overs. They are usually money.
