Boston scoring 5 goals last game was a big fluke, this team is horrible on offense without Savard who we all know is out for the year. Ive been looking into Vaneks injury all morning and it looks like it is just a badly sprained ankle. He could even play tonight but I think they are going to sit him out and play him wednesday which I think is the best play it will give him 4 days to rest it in this case. Bruins are only .500 at home and believe me it is not a tough place for the Sabres to play at. This is a good deal at +105 with the potential for a game 7 to be played up in Buffalo.

My prediction is the sabres will grab one of these 2 games in Boston and get Vanek back for what will then be a best of 3. At that time Buffalo will be -185 to win the series. Get this now, these teams are even without Vanek, and when he comes back it will turn the tide considerably

games in Boston are like neutral sites. seriously its about as loud and intimidating as a shopping mall at 8 a.m. lol

Buffalo played pretty much injury free all season long which is why they finished where they did. They played like garbage down the stretch once they finally ran into some injury problems. Boston are the better team now they both teams have injuries to key players. And I am sick of hearing how unbelievable Miller is, have you not noticed Rask has way better GAA and SV% numbers? The whole "rookie" label to devalue a players expectations is ovverated and stupid too. Goaltending is hardly an advantage for Buffalo. Boston have been playing some good hockey for weeks. Boston win in 6.
