Their penalty 1 minute into the game is exactly what they didn't want to do. Caps PP's will kill them if they give up too many.

I didn't think there would be much support for the kings today. Yes they have a good squad but with how Quick has played as of late I don't see the value in making a play on them. I know you say LB, "don't look to follow trends, try to find spots to break them" which I certainly agree with.

I see the Nucks strategy trying to score fast and early to get to Quick with the crowd heckling him all night. Will it break him??? Who knows but it certainly won't help him.

Canuck doen't stand for Canadian Duck but I can see how that could be conceived.

It's actually an older term that is supposedly derogatory... like calling Americans, "Yanks." I think it has some French-Canadian support or meaning to it too but the way in which the Vancouver Canucks use it is basically the same as "Vancouver Canadians" just with a slang word for "Canadian"

I don't like the way the Habs played the 1st. This fast paced style suits the Caps perfectly as they're going to win the majority of games where lots of goals are scored. They need to play a playoff style of game with any chance of winning this series.

Dump, Chase, Forecheck, Cycle repeat. Play a 2,2,1 forecheck style and clear the puck from your own end whenever possible.

Speed and Open Ice is what Washington wants and that's what the Habs are giving to them.

Decided to tail you. 1/2 unit isn't a big price to pay in game 1. I think alot of people are forgetting NHL isn't NBA and 1 vs. 8 won't be a complete runover

I want to play the preds on the pl but the juice is high. The preds have never won a road playoff game and with the goalie they have i will take the chance they get a win in chicago in game 1 or 2. They already won there once this year and im not impressed with the Hawks goaltending situation.
