Sweden is the only team that is likely to win a medal that hasn't totally embarrassed an opponent. I don't know if that is going to be Sweden's style in this tournament though. Here too, the under will probably be good. Does anyone think Gustavsson has a chance at the start for Sweden?

Belarus looked really pathetic vs Finland so my initial lean would be Sweden, but a very steep price to pay.

yea this is the early game. I'm leaning heavily towards Sweeden.. I think they have a solid team and Belarus just has a team.

I'm thinking they can win by 4, but will they? It's always hard to make picks after you lose a couple the night before.

I just don't see Sweden as the kind of team that wins by 4 goals, I could be wrong but I'm staying away from them today. I'm betting every under today though.

Russia was my first loss last night. It burned me pretty bad but I'm still doing well so far, 4-1 in games which I've placed a bet.

looks like a tough game to play after yesterday,....with that said what does everyone think of the Over/Under in this matchup as I am leaning with the Under as

Sweden has 10 goals to 2 goals given up in 3 games avg goals per game 4.0
Belarus has 1 goal while giving up 5 in one game avg goals per game 6.0

any thoughts????

No, Lundqvist is probably gonna start all games unless he gets injured.

Or maybe Gustavsson starts against Finland, because Sweden would win against Finland even with a empty net.

this is killing me haha..I got smashed yesterday by US, Canada, and Russia..I need some plays for today, but everyone is so cautious cuz I guess every1 else went through the same thing...I guess its a good thing to be cautious here, the play here *should* be sweden correct?

I think you need to be careful with the over here. Belarus played a very defensive game vs Finland and there is probably a 90% chance they do it again. Sweden gave up 0 goals to a German team with some offensive quality. The game has under all over it. I can see a 3-1, 3-2 score here.

No strong opinion, but made a small bets on Belarus +4 -109. Sweden wins this one, but 4 goals is quite a bit to cover. Belarus Defense is OK and they've been tricky opponent to Sweden in past international tournaments.

I'm betting Belarus +4 and U6, both as a consequence of Swedens TT 5 goals. You can't put and OU on 5 goals for Sweden here, should be more like 4.
