When was the last time you saw a Blues total at this price? St Louis has one of the lowest combined score totals in NHL this year....in the neighborhood of Calgary & Phoenix. It's painfully obvious why oddsmakers jacked this total, but that means the Caps have to keep scoring 4-6 goals/game. I don't see that happening, particularly in St Louis. UNDER time, baby!!!

Leroys sportsbooks in Las Vegas have this line set at 6.5 u+110. It seems Leroy drank a little too much last nite.

Definitely not a "feel good" type play after the way Caps are scoring past few weeks, particularly after that ridiculous goal scoring freak show in Montreal the other day. But their games against Florida & Tampa went under the total and paid off nicely. I think it's the correct play here, too.

Clark Terry does a version of "Things Ain't What They Used to Be" where he jibber-jabbers with his trumpet during his solo....funny as hell.

I don't know if the orignial version featured that, but "Homage to Duke" by Dave Grusin has that particular version. excellent...EXCELLENT album!
