5 Team Snow Melting Parlay 2/11

after kicking around many possible selections ive come up with a parlay that i feel is more solid than the ice pack at the end of my driveway....

caps ml: they get back on track tonight with varlamov in goal.
canes ml: manny is HOT while miller is NOT.
nucks/panthers under 5: neither team is exactly lighting up the scoreboard lately
dallas ml: repectable vs the hawks last out and lit up the yotes prior to that
kings ml: do i really have to make a case here?

I have a very similar parlay except instead of caps ML and fla/nucks U i took Ott ML and Nucks ML. Hopefully Luongo can get it done against his old team....

Good Luck. I would have passed on the Caps. They have nothing to play for, while the Sens have everything to play for, and are at home.

i agree with every selection aside from the Caps ML. i'm on the Sens, they're playing really well at home and should have won by more than 1 goal in their last game vs CGY.

every other play in your parlay looks good to me!

im banking on varlamov to solidify the space between the pipes tonight. he could come out and look like the Tin Man back there i dunno. im not predicting a blowout by any stretch in this one.....

rather than starting a new thread, i will just post my parlay for tonight's action:

* ott ml (+110) - caps are playing in b2b and have looked less than convincing vs mtl despite the 5 goals scored... ott on the other hand is still looking pretty good, especially at home
* van ml (-140) - the canucks' start to their road trip has been less than stellar, but i expect a win against a fragile panthers team
* dal ml (+120) - pretty simple: stars are playing good, flames not
* bos@tb - under 5 (even) - rask and niitymaki will keep it a close one... bruins don't score often, tampa has the lowest GA/PG average at home.
* edm@la - under 5.5 (+115) - kings will do all the scoring, and it won't be 6 goals imo... i expect a 3-1 or 4-1 win

truth be told i went with that bet early thinking i could get better odds before the lines moved. i found out varlamov was in net and took others thoughts into consideration and went with the same parlay only switching the caps with ottawa. changed the oddds to 26:1
my only other live one is the same parlay minus the caps/ottawa game fearing it was just too hot to touch...that one is 12:1
so go dallas and kings

the over in the bruins/tb screwed any chance of me housin the bookie tonight....im sittin here in an old skool boston ls t-shirt simply disgusted.

Of course the easiest looking ML of the night fails. Damn I had a feeling EDM was getting close, but didnt think it would come against the Kings! Oh well thats the way goes
