Washington Capitals will be looking for their 10th straight victory today over a mediocre Tampa Bay Lightning team. Tampa beat them 7-4 at Tampa about a month back and Washington will look to avenge that loss in a big way.

The spread has hit for the favorite when these two teams meet over 65% of the time over the last three years. I would expect the same today for Washington.
