Yes the refs do make some bad calls, but come one, they are professional hockey players, they get paid millions to do what they are good at. They can easily overcome a bad call and get a goal back etc etc.

The best is when Philly fans blame every game they lose on the refs, the philly fans make me sick

I'm an old time Islanders fan and I absolutely think there is a bias in Toronto against the Flyers.

Im actually going to the thrashers game This thursday to watch my favorite player, Kovalchuk. The reason for Ovie being my Avatar is because he is my 2nd fav player. And like i keep telling everyone, until the Flyers start drafting Russians, they will never go any where.

I hear ya on the fights scenario, but i only like when they fight and beat up on players like Crosby (thats if the refs allow it) or Avery. Other then that i like to see a tight defensive style played game, im not a big fan of the fights...and thats another thing philly fans will never see a stanley cup, they are too busy drafting tough guys, when its clear that the NHL is not a tough guy sport anymore, 3-8 years from now, the fighting will be pretty much gone and dead...

as for giroux, he was ONLY chosen because the rangers took the flyers pick , they were picking some defensemen and the rangers took him before the pick came to them...so they settled for Giroux...and as for sbisa, he is gone, if anything that goes to show my point is strong....
