i cant beleive the bookies have Penguins as -230 favorites. the team has been playing horribly lately, getting blown out by teams like Florida and failing to score more then 1 or 2 goals a game.
how can they be favored so much. i know they are due to win a game soon but Atlanta is in the same position as well. Atlanta can score goals and Penguins havent really shown any scoring ability in the last few games agains bad teams.

with a line like this you would think it is Chicago at home playing Columbus. what a joke

Well.. Gonchar still out. And B.J in net for Pens.. This is not lookin good at all, and the odds on pens are a joke. The value here on ATL ofc..
But still, this is a battle, maybe over..

man you are crazy to be on penguins at that price. i would say that they have no more then 55% chance of winning. maybe even 50%. i would take penguins at -120 at the most

hit pitt tt over 3.5 for 300$. only play of the night. if they had it at 3..would have been a double play

i knew they were due to light it up. especially with pavjelic in goal. a bit scary after the 1st with no score. when they got 3 in the second it was a done deal.

i was watching parts of this game. in the first period they got outshot by something like 10 shots. 12-2 or something like that.

it was pretty close all they until the middle of the 3rd period. usually when a team is favored at -230, they put the game away by the end of 2nd.

this one really could have gone either way if Atlanta scored one or two goals in the first period.

congrats to everyone who was on Pens though. I am glad they won, I am a Penguins fan but i decided to pass on this one anyway.
