[COLOR=#000000! important]2-0 yesterday plus 7.5 more units puts them 13-3 +44.2 units on week. Let's hope it continues today.
5 Unit New Jersey Devils(+115 @ bodog)
We will take the Devils tonight as one of our top plays as we go for our 7th consecutive winning day! We are getting great value here tonight as a strong Devils squad comes into Ottawa winners of 7 of their last 8. I realize the Devils are playing back to back nights, but for this team that has been good spot to take them. They are 2-0 this year in that situation heading into tonight. Add a fresh Marty Brodeur(he sat out last night) and we clearly have an advantage with the Devils. As for the Sens, even though they boast a winning record, they haven't beat a quality team to date and I look for this to continue tonight. Take the Devils.
4 Unit Parlay Philadelphia Flyers & Washington Capitals(+160 @ bodog)
Usually not too big on parlays, however this is the perfect spot to take one. The Flyers could be playing better than anyone in the league outscoring their opponents 17-5 in their last three games! Looking at the St.Louis Blues, they are clearly having offensive issues, only scoring 1 goal in their past three games. There is no way in hell, this team keeps up with the Flyers. As we look at the Capitals, even without Ovechkin, they had no problem handling the Panthers in Florida, handing them a 4-1 loss. This is still a good hockey team, and I see no reason why they don't repeat a similar a result. Florida's ace goalie, Thomas Vokoun, is also supposed to take the night off, giving us more reason to like the Caps. Take both of these home teams, as they should win easily Saturday night.
2 Unit Pittsburgh Penguins (+145 @ bodog)
Simply put, this is too big of a chalk to be giving the defending Champs. They will not be happy, after blowing a 2-1 3rd period lead in L.A and getting completely outplayed in the 3rd period losing 5-2. That is a very good L.A team, who took advantage of a tired Penguins team in dominating that 3rd period. Look for a strong effort tonight against the Sharks. I'm fully aware of how great the Sharks are playing, having sucessfully backed them my self twice this week. However they are not better than this Penguins team and I think that will show tonight. Take the Pens as a small play.
