shouldn't a -120 favorite loser for 3* be -3.60 units

as a +120 dog winner at 3* be +3.60 units

or a -140 favorite loser at 10* be -14.00 units

and a -140 favorite winner at 10* be +10.00 units

reason I ask is max wager is 10 units but if someone plays a -250 favorite could only get back 4 units.

I only thought the math is easier 1 unit = 1 play

1* at -120 loser = -1.20 units
3* at -165 loser = -4.95 units
4* at -180 loser = -7.20 units

5* at -135 winner = +5.00 units
2* at -160 winner = +2.00 units
8* at -155 winner = +8.00 units

just like straight bets
If I play $3000 on a 2/1 favorite I lose $6000 but if I win I pick up my bet $3000.

or $2000 on -140 favorite I lose $2800 but win $2000.

This would eleminate the .67, .89, .62, all would end in 0 or 5 and a 10 unit bet would win 10 units but depending on the odds could lose say tonight MINN -260 26.00 units.

If not keep it the way you have it, just a suggestion.
How can we win 10 units on a game taking favorites?

yes,i understand your scoring system and it's easy for calculating purpose. But at the end of the day it will come almost at the same results.
