          Last season Sundin was starting to play better in the last few games of the Canucks/Blackhawks series. It is too bad the Canucks were unable to extend his career another round or two

          Sundin was a classly player, too bad he played for the Leafs all those years! LOL

              Yeah, too bad he played for the Leafs - the most popular team in Canada with the largest fan base, when he could have played for the Canucks - a team with no history and a grand total of 0 Stanley Cup banners hanging from the rafters.

                  He had a chance to go to a contender and stayed with the Leafs (adversely affecting the team), then followed the money to Vancouver. Good riddance.

                      Bout god damn time Sundin. I'm surprised he didn't set a deadline for making his decision on retirement and then extending that deadline three times.
