Determining the puck line in hockey from money line.

Greetings,

I know how to convert a money line into regulation odds...

but how would I go about determining the puck line and alternate puck lines odds by myself?

Team Away is +120
Team Home is -140

Please explain someone.... I need to hear this from the horse's mouth, cause Im a donkey.
