    NHL odds for regulation time only
    Im working on a NHL system, but I forget what kind of odds you would get if you bet a team to win in regulation time only. From what I remember, if a team is -160 moneyline, they would be around +120 to win in regulation time only?
    does anyone know for sure?

      not that big a difference. about 22% of games end in ot. so a -160 team should be around +105.

      implied prob of -160 = .625
      times the percent of games that don't go into a tie = .78
      .625*.78

      im not sure, i don't have any historical data, but I would assume that my guess is pretty close.
