They played back to back high tempo games for a shot a 1st place VS the hated Bruins.
May be a lot to pump up to max in B2B games less than 24hrs apart?

im thinking after THAT go-round they might be looking at the floundering wings like a pond hockey team.

I previously referred to them as the "Pond Rocket Express" a few months ago.

Add: Speaking of pond rockets.....I use to get a kick out of those guys zipping around that lake ice thinking they were stars. As soon as they got in the rink with check hockey, they got drilled time after time. I suppose that was a quick wake up call. They could dominate on the pond and then get embarrassed in the rink. Loved it!
