Improved to 14-3 my last 17 hockey bets since joining SBR after the Knights pulled off their win. Looks pretty certain they wil be in the finals. The question is who will they play?
I bet on Capitals to win the cup when the playoffs started. I was certain they would at least make the finals. I am now starting to ponder if they will make it. Losing two at home was a humongous blow. They deserved to lose game 3 but not game 4. Specialty teams shouldn’t make or break you in a semi-final game. You would hope you have all the kinks done by the semi finals. TB looks unstoppable scoring a power play goal in every game. Taking penalties against TB could cost you a cup.
I want to bet on the Capitals tomorriw night but every team has won on the road and eventually that will end. Whether the road team loses tomorrow or Monday is the question. I think the Caps will win at home in game 6 no matter what. Either to force a game 7 or move on to face the Nights.
+150 seems like a good bet on Capitaks but I am not sure if I can pull the trigger and bet on them or not. Will they lose 3 in a row? Thats probably also unlikely. If home ice means nothing in this series than I think Caps are the correct bet tomorrow night. Need to sleep on it!
