    Puck Line-Underdog
I have tracked something the last few days and wonder if this is something that might be a slow grind to profit or a quick losing proposition. I am sure this has to have been looked at before. I think the same theory could be tried in baseball.

The first two nights I played both side of a puck line and underdog in the same game. Tonight I did not play it but tracked again. I believe as long as you don't have a favorite win a one goal game you could slowly build a profit. One goal games kill maybe three or four days of plus results.

I took the largest favorite in the board on the puck line and the underdog in the same game. For simplicity, I will use 100 for a unit. This is what I have seen this week:

    Wednesday
    Toronto -1.5 +130
    Ottawa + 180 winner +80

    Thursday
    Columbus -1.5 +190
    Buffalo +139 winner +39

    Friday
    Columbus -1.5 +180
    Vancouver +155 winner +55

    3 nights + 174

This can't continue where the largest dog wins outright, but so far this week that has been the case. Believe tomorrow the series is either Colorado at Dallas or Arizona at San Jose. I realize these usually crash and burn but I may try to follow a few days or as long as this seems to last.

You can back test it if you want to spend a few hours researching. But I don't think it is that easy to do that and make money. IMO. Waste of time. Even if it did work, you would have to be betting thousands of dollars a game to be worth the time.

Monday pass. Not a large enough favorite to make it worthwhile.

                        It's been tried in MLB.

Long term, not good. When you lose both ends you'll see the regression.

                        Still, I wish you luck.
