Tomorrow Im going on the over....these teams hate each other now with a the illegal hits...you will see plenty of PP, this means both goalies will have to have amazing games. The key here is corvo getting involved for the canes and gonchar being healthy passer for the guins.


I say bet the over these two teams are bound to explode on each other...

Why doesn't anybody give the Canes a chance? They beat the Devils who aren't the Devils of old but still formidable and then beat the # 1 seed in Boston. They closed out both series in game 7's away!! This team has won the cup a few years back and still has many of those players in uniform. I understand Crosby/Malkin are tough but I have to think that the Canes can handle all that pressure and get a W in Pitt tonight. It is at least worth the +170 or so that they have on them. Pitt beat the Flyers who I thought could have won that series and beat Wash who plays no defense and has questionable goal tending. I say if they survive the first period, they win the game.

You know, if both Cole and Ruutu are out tonight (their condition is undisclosed at the moment), that really hurts the Hurricanes' chances of winning this one in my opinion. It could also play havoc with the over as it reduces the probable amount of goals carolina gets.

I suggest laying low on plays until we know whether Ruutu and/or Cole will be in the line-up, if that information is made available before the closing deadline for plays.
