1-1 end 1st. Okay result in a period where we've seen over 30 shots on goal between the two teams. DET clearly need to close down better in defense because it's just Osgood between them and a 3-1 CHI lead at the break.

Detroit putting down the defensive clamps. This is what made them so tough last year. Just when you finally get the puck from them you think you have a chance... but there's 3 guys back already.
