The team totals are more reflective of how the game totals are bet. My friend works at an offshore and says maybe 5% of bets are team totals. They adjust them automatically, mostly, as money is bet on the game totals. People are still hitting that o6 so that's why Dallas is o3.5 for +120 at some places...

You gotta get 5Dimes or Pinnacle my friend, and watch for my winner at around 12-1PM EST, I have the pick ready, I just need the line so when I drop it here, it's usually at it's opening price. The other cappers just pump them out whenever but I like to have them done by 12-1PM EST, sometimes a bit earlier.

I've been debating that myself. I already have quite a bit on the o2.5 at -140, it's already gone from o3.5 +125 to +120 on some sites. It's tempting... Dallas could easily get 4 or 5 but they could also get 3 or even 2. It's plus money for a reason. It wouldn't be a bad bet but you'll be sweating it if they have 3 with 10 mins left in the game. The good news is they lots of paths to 4. They could just blow the doors of the Jets, or, it could be a shootout and get to 3-3 at some point. Then you know you got better than a 50% chance of getting your 4th. My only problem is we're sort of betting against goaltending and not offence as much as we would with the Pens, Rangers or Caps. Tough call. BOL on whatever you do.

o2.5 -140 in regulation time is pretty bad, especially when it opened at -140 with OT included at 5Dimes and -137 at Pinnacle, the official home of the Flea.

Thanks for yesterday's tip Flea, and for today's too. I had to bet it Over 2,5 in reg to get even -147. I dont think that this game is gonna be 2-2 in reg (closer to O5,5 I hope) so I think it was worth it. Moved to Pinnacle now for all OT bets and started testing a new system yesterday. Its currently 3-0 with +3 units. I also left out the U4,5 bets from my Over/Under-system, thanks for the comments on that.

This isn't an official play but I have half a unit on the Chicago PL -1.5, so the Chicago OVER 2.5 (-140) would probably be my second fav play. St. Louis should get there but I'd prob take the Toronto o2.5 because it's cheaper. I dunno.. I'm heavy on that Dallas TT so I'm not playing too many games. I'm about to pull the trigger on a NBA team total tho...

Mehhhh. Too chalky. i hate playing super chalky unders. The problem is I usually don't they usually win. It's not a horrible play, they have the line set just right though. For the chalk, take Chicago ML (-150). I like them a lot, I bet the PL for a small play so I'd take Chicago ML over that under but I honestly wouldn't want to go on record for anything except Dallas o2.5 (-140) lol.

If your wager was placed you got them in transition and your bet should stand. It's the same as you not being able to take back your bet once it's placed. I think you just got very lucky sir. They can only void it, and if they do, call them and lose it. Everytime that's happened to me, they've graded the bet as it was placed, but since it showed at o2.5 at one point, I'm not sure. BOL..

I got a small bet on Chicago -1.5. I love the BH tonight as well. The in reg bet is prob the best value of the three but I think I ran some numbers from the past few years of NHL last year, and games that were won in reg, pucklined a good 2 or 3% ROI in the positive, depending on the book, so it's very hard for me to bet the in reg when the PL usually pays an extra buck for that one goal. There is value in PL's but there is also a lot of room for human error...I went pretty heavy on that Dallas TT so I didn't have much left for other games. I hard cap myself at a certain percentage of my BR, no exceptions, except the other day when I went ballistic on that massive NHL card after the weekend of hell with no NHL and just NCAAB...

Pretty sure you have be in Canada to join Pinnacle. It's not for US bettors.

Americans can't use Pinnacle. Almost every other country can. 5Dimes is the gold standard because everyone can use it. It's annoying for me because I post the 5Dimes lines so it's "fair" but Pinnacle is much cheaper, most of the time. You guys should tweet Trump and ask him if they will lift that gambling law. Technically, Americans can't use any book but it's overlooked by some books and most banks. I have heard stories of Americans winning large amounts of money, usually getting lucky and winning a tournament on Pokerstars or something, and then they get a nice letter from the IRS a few months after they've spent the money.

Lots of BH fans in the house tonight. They're retirees staying the winter in Arizona. Also, the Phoenix Open is in town this week so there should be some BH fans in town for that too that want to take in some ice action.

I didn't have the guts to take the PL so I took the BH ML.
