2016-04-14:

Flyers @ Capitals: Capitals -1.5: 1.7u
Simply two different team. Capitals signings with veteran playoff player will pay off.

Washington's Forwards:
4 balanced line with strong power forwards will destroy flyers. I think that Capitals can sweep this series, Flyers might take 1 or 2 at home, but in Washington they will not stand a chance. Look for the 3rd line to produce, Jason Chimera will have a killer playoff. Capitals is my pick for Eastern Conference Final. All 4 lines can score and Trotz is a great coach that will be able to adjust the lines if things isn't working.

Flyers Forwards:
Flyers only have 1 line that can score, that line is very good, but in away game they will match the lineup with the defensive pair so they should be contained. Simmons has been very strong this year, and he should also produce in the playoff, he's playstyle is perfect for it.
Orpik is a fantastic shutdown guy, and Carlson will keep them contained. Trotz time in Nashville and his system will not allow sloppy plays and they will control the game from start to finish.

Washington Defense:
All 3 pairs are solid, not much to say about Orpik-Carlson and Alzner-Niskan, they can both defense and contribute offensively. 3rd pair is the most positive suprise this year. Orlov has really improved and is a very mobile skater, but has had puck management problem, with trotz this year he has really improved in all areas.

Philadelphia's Defense:
This is the worst individual defense in the playoff, however they play pretty solid together. I don't see a shutdown pair that can contain Capitals line 1 and 2. Washington is playing at home so they will get to select which line to match with Flyers D-Pair, so I think there are too many holes in their defense to stop Capitals. Capitals is just too technical and fast to be stopped.

Washington Goalie:
Holtby is excellent goalie, one of the best (Especially at home). He is well rested and ready to go.

Philadelphia Goalie:
Mason is good goalie, no doubt about that, however he has been overplayed for Flyers to reach the playoff so he comes into the series already tired. With the defense that Flyers have I think even if he has > 93 save_pct he will still allow 3-4 goals per game in this series.

Summary:
Picking Washington to win with more than 1 goal. They should run this game from start to finish. Predicted score: 5 - 2 Capitals.

Very close game last time. The fact that Blackhawks outshot blues with double will in the long run lead to more wins.
Keith is back in the lineup which is very big as he is their courterback. Blackhawks win 3 - 1.

Red Wings @ Lightning: Lightning -1 (1u)
Lightning just have a better team even with Stamkos and Stalman out.
At home they should win this before regular time.
Advantage in Net as well. Tampa wins 4 - 2

Islanders @ Panthers: Panthers Over 2.5 TT(1.5u)
Just don't trust Loungo after he's outrages performance, however Panthers can score and they will manage to get past Greiss on a back to back night at home.

The Craps should pound the Flyers today. Played about the worst possible game last time out. Went 1-5 on the PP. Took some stupid penalties and flyers didn't look dangerous at any point on any of those or the entire rest of the game. I expect a smash job tonight in DC. Caps 5-1

Penguins has the momentum. Probably Rust, Malkin and Fleury is back in the lineup.
With 3 lines that can score and home advantage they surely will get this with more than 1 goal.

If Lundqvist is in goal, he should be shaky as eye injuries is always nasty. He is game time decision but I think penguins will win either way with more than 1.

Flyers is just soo much worst then capitals. Now with Coutourie out with injury, he is their main shutdown Center that plays two way, the will not contain Capitals. Unofficially I will also play Capitals, -2.5, -3.5, -4.5 as I believe it will be a blow out tonight.

Same here. Caps over 3,5 tonight is a must play man! OV with 2 points at least tonight.

What a shame for Penguins, it really hurt my bet that Fleury is still out. Zatkoff playing the way we are expecting. Penguins Defense really messed up. Game 3 they need fleury and clean the shit up otherwise it will be golf in April.

Reason:
With Couturie out Schenn will take the spot, and Im sure he will be matched against line 1 and 2 of the Washington.
He doesnt have the same type of skills that Couturie have so OVI should get space. They also loss a PK guy that they use frequently so I think OVI will get enough space to score today, actually I think he might score 2 and even 3.

Chicago has the momentum stealing one from blues home. TOnight with the home crowd in their back they will get to Blues. Kane should score a goal soon, so going with a prop bet as well Kane to score and Chicago win at 3.20 odds which are good.

I think Rangers has no more energy to continue and Penguins will get the win tonight at home. A lot of things are going Penguins way.
Murray is playing really solid, PP is working really well. Malkin has recovered and playing great. Team is just simply much better than rangers this year, the speed is killing the rangers.

Yeah!!, Shery is fantastic fit in the first line with Crosby. Nice to see Rust and Haglin on the scoreboard as well.
Had props bet in the game, Shery to score at +600, Haglin to score at +450 and Letang +500. 2 of 3 hit so very nice.

Mostly because Chicago has all the mometum, Blues looked completely lost in the last game.
Chicago also have more players that have been here before and this game 7 experience almost always wins. Expected score: 3 - 2 Chicago

Last game was a killer, Predators was playing better but collapsed. Their goalie hasnt been good and I don;t think they will recover against a team I have set to win the stanley cup. Ducks win this: 5 - 2
