Ducks gonna get beat boys. Yah know the reason they beat SJ.? Cuz the dummy coach played 45 year old roenick instead of cheechoo. SJ. made the series closer by that move, and SJ still dominated in SOG. Actually outplayed Ducks badly inseries. yah i know goalie was great , but now he faces detriot. Detroit has 2 #1 lines hell there 3rd line can be #1 on most teams. Osgood on the other hand is a sive. But when you have a lineup of goal scorers yah can give up 3 and still win my 2. Detroit wins and solves mystery goalie . DETRIOT GAME 1 .... CASH IT !!!

Sharks dominating SOG is meaningless when they got sweet FA traffic in front of the net. Anyone who watched the games and think SJ outplayed the Ducks is smoking some drugs I want to get a hold of.

Detroit is -250 for the first game so if you are taking them I would take the -1.5 at +110. I still havn't decided what I think about this series. Anyone seen a series price yet for this one?

                  -295/+275 at pinny

Might have to take a shot on the ducks at that price... but if they lose game 1 it will be even better odds...

I watched most all of the Anaheim/San Jose series and Anaheim really outplayed the Sharks from what I seen.

I like the Ducks to win one of the first two games. Nice profit in the +220 range.

Yeah I watched 5 games too but I'm not sure what to think right now. The Ducks played well but I was VERY unimpressed with the Sharks at the end of the regular season. The Ducks were hot at the end of the regular season but I'm not sure if the Ducks won this series because they are playing really well or because the Sharks were slipping.

In my opinion you pretty much know what you are going to get with Detroit so I have to decide if Anaheim is playing well enough to beat them or faced a weak 1 seed in round one.

For Anaheim to have any chance they HAVE to stay out of the box, which at times is very difficult for them to do. Detroit's power play will eat them up if they keep taking stupid penalties which this team is very prone to do. Anaheims huge edge in goal won't be able to come into play if this is the case.

Solid point. San Jose sure didn't look very good.

A solid core of this group was present 2 seasons back when they beat Detroit. They know what it takes to win, whether they can execute that knowing is another matter.

Detroits a monster, but with the ducks playing so well the massive value lies in the ducks.
Duno if theyll win series but I think they can steal game 1 or 2.

Detroit is dominant. They have the style that it takes to win in todays nhl. The coaching staff deserves credit. They're the only team that can pull off good puck control despite all the physical play. Anybody should be a considerable dog against them.
