Its in the background during NHL games, an orchestrated song (instrumental) sounds really good, I dont know the name... anyone know?

It was the Hockey Night in Canada theme song, you can probably find it under that name. CBC refused to increase the royalties they were playing the origanal composer. ( She wanted $ for when they used her song in commercials and other places)
Her demands weren't unreasonable but the Communist Broadcasting Company fought her on it and TSN turned around and bought the song outright off her for like a million + $'s. Don't remember the exact figure. It still doesn't seem right hearing that song on TSN and not hearing it for Hockey Night in Canada.Comment -

ehy freshcoat alot isn right w/ hockey. im from buffalo ny and grew up on H.N.C. Grapes doin "coaches corner" is the only thing i have left now. there intermission w/ those interactive homms is untollerable to me. the PJ guy/kid isnt what i wanna see inbetween anything , including a period or two. the theme is what i loved about the start of HNC. i always said two things are left from the hockey i onced loved. Grapes and dougie Gilmore .... ones gone and when the next one goes ... so will i and alot more fans here in buffalo. ps make that 3 Bob Cole ... man how did i forget him??
