    NHL Edges - Jan 19
Tor vs Phi UNDER 5 +105
4.64 goals per game average (home road) for these teams. And 4.64 average in January. I will start capping totals based on recent gameplay as I feel scoring is on the decline. League average for this month is 4.9 per game.

    Nash +101
Chicago is hot right now but they are not that good on the road with a -0.41 goal differential while Nash is +0.86 at home. Only reason why Nashville is a dog is because of the long winning steak. These are great opportunities to get value on a home dog that really should be favored.

Edm vs TB UNDER 5 +114
Edmonton has the 2nd worst road offense in the league at 1.87 goals, coming of a back to back vs Fla I cant see them scoring much here. Edm has also averaged 3.71 goals per game this month.

    YTD: 39-24 (61.9%), +17.43 units

You posted a couple days ago you dont like playing the under 5's. Since the juice is + you think its worth buying the 5.5, or is this an exception?

Appreciate your analysis on games. Just want to see what your take is on VAN/NYR game. Miller was solid in the last game and Lindqvist hasn't been and Rangers haven't been consistently lately either. I think +165 on the Canuck is a great price.

        My leans today are:

TB (ML)...but now see Bishop sitting
        Dallas +1
        Van TT (U 2.5)
        Calg-NJ (U 5)
        Boston/Philly

At the time my book didnt have 5.5 options and I would rather get my action in before the lines possibly move. Lately have gotten burned on some 1st period unders with heavy juice.

Could be but you know AV will have his team ready for this game, would not want to back the canucks in this spot.

Wash vs CBJ OVER 5.5 +137

Line movement on this game has been pretty volatile. This price is too high for a couple of teams averaging 5.53 goals per game and 5.98 goals this month.

Going to lay biggest juice so far this year on a total for Wash - CLBS (U 6) -170...very confident in this play...each time I went to put in at -150/-160 line went up...gotta settle for this...one of those days where I just miss the best lines.
