Lundqvist was good today. Wasn't really challenged that much though, a lot of long range shots. Caps should be embarrassed, the Rangers are not very good. Ovechkin with his patented, 6 shots, 20+ shot attempts, and a -1. He is playing awful.

Theodore is terrible. Varlamov is absolutely unproven, but has a lot more upside and in his small sample size has looked great. I'll take unproven with great signs over PROVEN to be a poor goalie.

Couldn't agree more. At least Varlamov has some talent. That being said, they aren't going anywhere with Varlamov either.

I don't this series is over yet. I would like to see the odds for washington to still win this series now. I might actually take a shot at it. Rangers aren't that good.
