Monday's Opinion Play:

LAK/Ott under 5.5

Suggestion on a possible way to play this:

Play the under 5 +110 for 1/2 unit and under 5.5 -145 on the other 1/2 unit.

In that way if it lands 4 or under you win the 1 unit. If it lands 5, you still win 1/2 unit and if it goes 6 or more you only lose 1.22 units.

How do you play both? Only see a way to play under 5.5, don't see a 5 anywhere.

At most books you can buy it down to 5 to get the plus number. It depends on you book.

A couple of reasons.......Time for one. Also, lines vary, and what line I post may be different than what someone gets when they try to play it.

If a play is over -145 it automatically becomes an "opinion play". Most other plays are -110 to -140. I do have an occasional + play but not too often. Probably about -120 or -125 average so anyone can use that average to figure out their units.
