Bedard 2015-16 NHL Season thread

Hey guys, I'm fuking pumped, NHL season start in less than 24h!!!

I'm by nowhere a pro capper but I have a good understanding of gambling ( I played poker for a living for 5 years straight ).

I don't follow a defined system but all my pick take in account the team matchup, starting goalie, home ice advantage, pay out odds, injuries, teams win streak, teams rivalry, hot players, line moving and whatever you could think of.

I will start the season with only 20$ unit bet for the first week or two and will go up to 100$ unit bet as soon as I have a good feeling about the current hockey meta...

I'll do my best to post my lean toward some picks for discussion in the morning and confirm my official picks before puck drop.

hummm... I haven't placed a bet yet and I feel like I'm already losing value this year...

Long story short, I cashed out gambling money from different website like 3 days ago with the idea of cashing some first time deposit bonus and at the same time try some new online sportbook... I ended up sending most of my bankroll on Bodog yesterday only to find out that their are pretty heavy on the juice compared to other sportbook I used before... Oh well, my bad, I should have looked at this before. As soon as my bonus is cleared, I'll move my money somewhere else.

One more thing, they posted their NHL betting line last night but they all disappeared over night...

NY Rangers line dropped a lot over night... I'll wait and see what happens,,, it's almost good now to bet on CHI instead...

I still love SJ Sharks to win over the Kings. Sharks new goalie Jones will play his first match against his old team, so I'm pretty confident his teammates do their best to win it for him. It will also be Pavelsky first match as capitain. All this for very good odds IMO.

I'm also waiting to see the alternate over/under line for the MTL/TOR match as I want to bet Over 5.5 instead of 5 since the price is not really good on Over5. Those matchs are always crazy and I'm pretty confident that a lot of goals will be scored.

Kings at home will be hard to go against. I know they suck in regular season, they suck so much last season they missed the playoff.
They will not do the same mistake this year. It is risky anyway to back Sharks...

Like the over in WPG/NYI but I think NYI will take this one at home, coming off two losses they must be pumped to win the first game in the new arena.
TBL I'm also on, however Chara is back, but I played TBL ML, in Regulation, -1.5 as they are a better team and they start to get into their form. Merchant is out indefinitely, so not sure what they will do in second line. I also think Chara might take a few game to find he's form.
