I need a better strategy for this system so behind the scenes work goes smoother. The posts are brutal along with the math. I'm still going to bet it but may slow down the posting as I'm tracking in a personal spreadsheet. Maybe once all the backtesting is done, I could handle the daily math I need to do to track here. I'm seeing numbers in my sleep...

Tested 2010/2011 season. And it was really bad. Let it ride only had 1 winning month in the entire season. And it was down 41.47 units just after 18 days and continued going down. The filter I added in V2 paid dividends that year. May look into tweaking it more but no way will that be before this season ends. Taking a break on testing/filtering.

I sent you a private message on the 23rd labeled, "System Details". I even included an example. I'm not sure what else to tell you man. The #s are for tracking purposes since the system has 4 parts to it. I don't care if you don't bet it, but don't talk trash when I gave you the entire system a week ago from what game to bet and how to bet it. Good luck.

Brian, losing almost 100u in a year is very concerning. Check your math. I won't have time to work on this until summer as that's when I do most of my analyzing. Still trying to figure out my system.

I agree. Very concerning. It was the last month I tested so hopefully I made a few mistakes after doing 5 years of math. But I got burned out from testing so I'm double checking that season and going back 10 years once summer rolls around. And I would be open to any filters/ideas you may think will help. Hopefully we can come up with something even more promising by next season's start. I do have a lot of faith in V2 though. That one seems to be solid.

As of now it looks like the Rangers ML will be the play. Their offense disappeared during All-Star break so hopefully they can get it going tonight. Tampa Bay is still pretty close so I'm not betting it until close to start to be sure Rangers hold.

still thinking about your system, and hesitant to follow, past experience has shown me you have to be selective with favs, only the big big favs cash in hockey consistently, and your way of stopping each bet after wins seems arbitrary, we need to come up with reasoning or you could be leaving $ on the table

I use closing lines at covers. Their format was the easiest and fastest way to collect the data. It's in the early stages so a little tweaking could prove more profitable or less risky. The idea actually came from following your system. I didnt bet hockey until this year and by checking lines every day, I noticed a pattern and just ran with the idea and began testing. I have to check the message I sent you awhile ago. I'm not sure how clear it was to the system as it was only a few days into the idea.

Both systems received a loss yesterday as Montreal falls 3-2 by blowing a 2-0 lead. Updated YTD below. Both systems reset with a play on San Jose tonight. If I get another system loss for "Let it Ride" in next few days, I may stop betting it and put the units I made on it towards "Let it Ride V2". I feel much more confident in this version. But I will continue to track it no matter what I choose to do.

Nice hit. They were due to break their losing streak. Don't think they won since Christmas. I can't be mad I lost. Had a lot of games against Buffalo earlier that came through. They got some payback tonight.
