Well...I can kiss those 3 units goodbye...and more.
Never played more than 5 bets in the same day til tonight...felt so good about my plays.
Went 0-7 and lost 5.5 units...worst betting day in my 2 years betting.

Like I said....NHL march = MLB September. I learned the same lesson

This is my 1st full season in nhl and last season was 1st in mlb...now I know to tread lightly toward end of season.
I thought stupidly that it would be easier since you know the teams after so many games and the mediocre teams would have little to play for.

It's too bad cause in both sports I made a little profit only to come out with big losses in just 1 month (mlb) and 1 week (in nhl).

Yeah man its just the opposite. The shitty teams have players playing for a job and the good teams that are locked into a playoff spot start resting players. Dog city at the end of each season.

Dude - to be still up in nhl is a good thing...not great, but better than lots.
I just ended a 16 - bet losing streak...all pretty close bets but on the wrong side EVERY time.
I started out 10-0 in 1st period Unders and then lost 3 straight...totally bucked trends in all 3 of those.
Thinking of taking 2 tonight, but have my doubts the way nhl has been going the last 2 weeks.

Alright...ended season 0-8 backing Blues...just thought they were due...that I was due.
Then I lose 1st period Under in Kings game with 30 friggin seconds in period.

After being up after 5 months in nhl 1 unit, lost 14 units in 2 weeks...same happened in mlb this past year.
I will learn eventually...just tough to do decent for months and then to have it all implode in a matter of weeks.

I usually don't start MLB until May. I try to shy away from the first and last months of MLB and NHL. Plus the month or so off is good for me

I'm gonna apply the same strategy to MLB for this year and see if that works as well. I'll start my MLB thread in about 2 weeks. Most plays will start in May.

Yeah, that's another thing that happens at the end of the year. Lines get crazy high. All the more reason to look for more dog plays. Edmonton won 3 in a row before losing to Anaheim last night. If you were on them you would be up over $500 easy. On the flip side....you would be buried
