Michal Neuvirth (confirmed dailyfaceoff.com) draws the start for Buf, his 2nd of the young season vs the same team he faced at home in his first start where he allowed 5 goals on 44 shots (.866 sv%) in a losing cause (5-1). In his career vs Ana he is 2-1 su w/ his 2 wins comming both while with the Washington Capitals, which is why Bufs coach Ted Nolan started him in the first game and in this one(imo)...To be brutally honest I think you could throw Barrasso Sauve and Hasek (in thier prime) in between the pipes AND all at the same time and pucks would sneak through thats just how bad Buf has been to start the season. Buf sits last in the league giving up an avg of 37.8 shots/gm and the Ducks snipers must be licking their...uh beaks...specifically Corey Perry who is almost at a goal a game clip 5gs in 6 gms and Matt Belesky 4gs in 6 games, rookie William Karlsson scored his 1st 2 goals vs Buf in thier first meeting.
This game seemingly has blowout written all over it, meaning imo Buf will have to open it up and go all out cause they can't seem to stop anyone so they might as well try and out score them, which brings us to...Miiiister Andersen(yeah its a Matrix ref) Frederik Andersen (unconfirmed but listed as Likely) looks to be getting the start but isn't confirmed as of this moment and hes been lights out (5-0-0 with a 1.38 GAA and .950 SV%) and will be facing Buf for the 2nd time this season as mentioined before in a 5-1 win in Buf.

Ray Emery(likely) 1-0-1 2.73gaa .907sv% (1 start vs MTL 4-3 SO loss) vs Marc Andre Fleury (Confirmed) 3-1 9.15 sv%.
Ray Emery is getting the start because he seemingly knows the secret to beating the Penguinos on the frozen pond at the CONSOL Energy Center in his last 5 trips hes 4-1 dating back to 2007, lastly while with Philly last yr in a 2-1 win 11/13/2013 lone loss was while with Chi in 2011. Philly played a fairly good rd game @chi last night, though losing 4-0 it was a span of just over 2mins in which they gave up 3 goals that would be Phillys downfall.
M.A. Fleury Ura strange animal (yes its a Gowen ref.) Ya never quite know what this guy is gonna bring night in night out...but his numbers this year look steady, its more so when the pressures on that I dont really trust him, and a somewhat struggling Philly team at 1-3-2 isn't putting the fear of god in anyone.
Now don't get me wrong im not trying to sell you on Philly here on a B2B but they have won 4 straight vs the Pens, granted last year we all know the Pens were as banged up as teams can get in this crazy league...with that said... I believe Pit seems to be a dif entity on home ice, this from years of observation, Pit seems to go on the road and open up the offence and come home and tighten things up, why, I have no clue, you'd think they would wanna put the show on for the home crowd but I believe the Pens fans love a 2-1 win as much as any win, win is a win is a win I spose.
