For the first 60 minutes bets (my book had them as "3 way", simple as you can get, regulation or draw etc) there is a money line next to the drop down menu that is different from the game money line by a few points..can you explain to me?

Those are for a team to win the game without going to OT. So if you took say DAL -255 and the game goes to OT - it's a push.

If you really wanna play ML on a certain team, but you know that they usually blow in OT/Shootout, then it's the way to go...you do have to pay extra for that little protection though.

Think of that line as a PK line in soccer.
