Just taking a stab here...thinking it's a tight 3-2 kinda game.

Tomorrow I'm looking at my 1st side bet: TB lightning ML (if -170 or better)...-1 if worse.

Haven't followed any preseason...just going by some team preview articles online.
Lightning were solid at home last season.

I think Rask is nice and I'm on the under as well..The teams still have minimal scoring prowess so if the goalies can soak up this chance and play soundly..hopefully we enter the 3rd period with some wiggle room..I placed wager tho counting on rask to shut them down and for the bruins not to score lol

Calgary TT (U 2.5)
Isles-Rangers (U 5.5)
Columbus ML...I just really don't like many side plays though on Tues.

Not sure, but I would suspect that given the -175 line on Thrashers.
Like these numbers Pekka has put up last season when healthy and so far this year.
I just think this is the best play for this game instead of the ML.
Calgary is a good team to bet the TT Under.
From what I've read, Nashville is defense - oriented.
If this does not hit, will find a good spot to try again with the opposing team's TT Under. From his stats, dude is a beast at home the past few seasons.

I really expected the Calgary TT (U 2.5) to be like -145.
So I have no problem laying the small juice of -130.

Bol! I took the over at +100..The teams added some interesting guys over the off season like Hiller, Setogucci, and Bollig from the Hawks.

Preds added Neal and Ribiero..I don't think the Neal line has produced yet but will be interesting to watch. It sounds like an under game but with the line dropping, I put a little $ on it while I was able to still get EV.

Well...started out 2-0, but then lost 2 on same night...1 on empty net goal by Dallas with 1 second left in game.
So hard to have a good feel for totals right now with just a few games in.

Any thoughts about this? Maybe still too early to know who's who yet?
Just reading about these teams in preseason, seems like Dallas will be expected to improve while Pens will degress.

I barely watch hockey or baseball...have actually watched about 15 innings this post-season though! Love them Royals!
Only do Unders in mlb and nhl...Overs more that Unders in nba and football...I would lean Over in Sharks game too.

I don't normally do Overs in nhl...I'm an Under guy...won 62% last season...not saying I can keep that up this year...wish I had vet on all the Unders I posted...only won about 55% of the ones I played, which is a little better than breaking even.

Good chance I will lose but trying to play more small faves this season and not lay juice on -140 to -160 faves...takes a couple wins to get back to even that way...just think it's a good spot for Habs...playing more good teams after a loss too...will be on Hawks likely on Sat. (-1)

Yeah I hear you..These games with Pitt playing turn into score fests often, match them up against another team that can score and I can't pass it up..Same when pitt plays philly..if i bet the over every time ill come out on top..Now that I said something maybe it will lose lol but atleast I'm not one of these suckers putting money on the Jets tonight.
