If Blackhawks lose, wouldn't surprise me since everything crazy happened this past week. The unexpected loomed it's ugly head. My teams didn't come back and when I chose NOT to bet, those teams did come back and win.

I was tempted to take Minny +1.5 for a small wager and then take Chicago +1.5 if Blackhawks down, but really thought Hawks would draw 1st blood.

Oh no I totally agree. I hate playing playoff hockey, everyone waits till now to start betting hockey thinking it's the way to go. You gotta be nuts... And now it's baseball, baseball is where I'm betting everything every day and this past week has been just hell... Hell. I started a chase too. Worst weekend in baseball in years I've ever seen was this weekend. Garbage flops, and good starting pitchers are just flat out picking weeds on the field.
I already know I'm chasing Chicago white sox as a huge underdog tomorrow and I'm done chasing Stlouis after finally hanging in tonight. I'm fading Arizona after knocking around the White sox and they are playing a due Washington anyways, Trying Texas and that's all. Lines are good and those sound like solid picks. I agree - Jose Fernsndez, Felix Hernandez, and other supposed dominant pitchers have not looked sharp this past week.
Pitcher I've never gone wrong on is Darvish with Texas.
