Eastern Conference Winner Odds/Betting question

Just got a question about the odds and market on "conference winner"

Is this market whoever wins their conference after 82 games?
Or
Win their side of the playoffs?

I always thought it was to just win the conference? But the odds seem too good (+150/+175) at this late stage in the season, so now I just have a doubt.

Lol, never gonna happen, I just thought maybe it was just to win the league (their conference) okay. Thought the price was too good to be true. Always is.
