I would put most of the blame on Mike Gillis. He should be the first to go.

At first I really liked the hiring of Torts hoping he can light a fire under the players' asses. Now I don't think his systems work well with this team.

I know the Oilers are in rebuild mode 10.2 now but seriously Van has money. Gillis is the Worst GM I've seen in a long time! Somewhere Brian Burke is shaking his head.
