That's exactly what happens to me. I never shared my picks on this forum, but I've shared them with others and wherever I've done that - losing day was on the cards.

Anybody who thinks picking winners is easy and posting them isn't all that bright. The best anyone can do is to try and let the results fall where they may. It's "easier" to post your action because there will be times when you're on a horrendous losing skid - a great example of this is my hockey thread (one month was really bad) - all you have to do is know that what you're doing is correct/right and the current results will change. One of the problems I've seen when people go on the skids it that they change how they cap the action, to me that's one of the dumbest thing one can do. Because now if the days/nights action fails, one will have a more difficult time in figuring out what/where it went wrong. This month to date hasn't been so kind either, yet I keep plugging away knowing what I'm doing works for my family, self and friends I share the stuff with - yes I did take a night off and since I returned I've gone 9-5-0. Don't let the daily grind or fear of failure stop you from posting, for once that happens you've lost your nerve and when that goes it's only a matter of time before you start wagering with scared money and you know what happens when people are playing with scared money. I think the best thing about hockey dogs is that you can have a losing record but still be posting positive cash (just look at LT). I am really considering capping this strategy next year. Thanks for posting your picks

yea no problem...

I'm thinking of going thru and seeing if i can't add a filter to get it even better but since Jan. 19 I've hit 59% so I figured I'd post up...hit a bit of a rough patch, but like TA said...it shall smooth out soon enough...

I played this game last night as well.

I don't know if you watch the game or not but I thought the Av's were in real trouble when the game went to OT because the announcers kept bringing up the fact that they were 11-1 in OT/SO.

I wouldn't call myself superstitious but sports announcers have an uncanny way of breaking streaks. I was knocking on wood so much I think there is a dent in my coffee table.
