I had Kings in Regulation, Though the game was won, but Detroit always find a a way. Penalty or not, Kings should have put away the game earlier.

The rule to not be able to review that has nothing on the officials. If they don't see the puck go up in the net and whistle to stop play then by NHL rules they can't review it.

Since it's hard to always see fluky shit like that the rule is more to blame then the officials here.
